Saturday 7th August 2021
We are delighted to announce that West Fest 'tickets' will be available from 1st July.
We say 'tickets' because due to Covid, West Fest will be a bit different this year to try and ensure that everyone feels as safe as possible, regardless of whatever guidelines are in place by August.
We'll be posting more information across the next few days but here are the basics:
West Fest will take place on Saturday 7 August from 11am - 11pm, outside in our marquee and garden area.
Six bands will be playing across the day - three in the afternoon and three in the evening.
To allow for social distancing - so we can keep our staff, our bands and our guests as safe as possible throughout the day - anyone wanting to attend West Fest this year will need to have a wristband showing that they have a seat at one of our 20 outside tables (each table seats six). No wristband, no entry (sorry!).
These wristbands will be made available in sets of six - guaranteeing you your own table. You can distribute those six wristbands to whomever you want but they will be seated on your table.
We are asking for a £20 donation for each set of six wristbands, all of which will go to charity.
Each set of six wristbands will guarantee you your table for either the afternoon (11am-5pm) or evening (5.30-11pm) session.
In order to make West Fest as accessible to as many people as possible, initially we are restricting wristband sales to either the afternoon or the evening session - the same person will not be able to get a table / wristbands for both sessions.
Wristbands will be available on a first come first served basis by visiting us here at the pub with your £20 donation. We're afraid we cannot reserve wristbands for collection.
We'll be firing up our BBQ through the whole event and have up to eight different beers and ciders available on top of our usual selection of drinks.
And finally, here's what the lineup looks like.
